“Just to let you know that last time your team did it again–I mean in a good way!
I had been a bit unhappy with the previous appointment (in terms of they did 1 1/2 floors in four man-hours which seemed not enough) but didn’t want to complain to you at the office because I like your teams so much. So in the end I just wrote them a little note not wanting to get anyone in trouble.
Not only did they bust themselves doing a hang-up job last week; far from trying to cover anything up they urged me to pass on any concerns I had to you at the office.
What this tells me is that you have teams who are really concerned with customer satisfaction, doing the job right and transparency with the office. As someone who runs a small business I applaud you for fostering that spirit.
